By training, Adam is a podiatric physician and foot and ankle surgeon. In medicine, he's found that 90% of his treatments and recommendations are reactive. Patients seek treatments from him when a preventable disease has progressed to the point where amputation may be their only choice. Rarely does he have the opportunity to empower healthy patients to prevent disease.
In his personal life, Adam is passionate about human optimization. He aims to enhance his own personal health in every facet: physical, mental, and spiritual. He became a physician with high hopes he would help people do the same.
Given these experiences, Adam has changed his focus to overall human optimization and disease prevention through health coaching. In order to better serve people who aim to optimize their health, he takes a holistic approach, utilizing nutrition, exercise, physician collaborations, and in-depth laboratory work to improve systemic markers and overall well-being.

Through combined experience as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, Victoria has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness space. Victoria has developed her name as a clinical dietitian, nutrition coach, and nutrition consultant.
Victoria takes a holistic approach to nutrition, using
evidence-based interventions to assist you in improving your health and reversing disease. She provides nutrition counseling for various metabolic disorders, body
recomposition, weight loss, and muscle gain.
Victoria does not believe in restrictive fad diets or gimmicks. She strives to empower you to choose healthy, sustainable behaviors that support your health and goals without being miserable. She is passionate about developing close relationships with her clients and encourages them to reach their highest potential.

For over a decade, Anna has been involved in the health and wellness industry teaching group fitness classes and providing personalized one-on-one nutrition coaching.

Anna strongly believes that nutrition should be customized to the individual's specific needs. Using research-based methods and tailoring them to suit her clients, she strives to create lasting behavior change to improve quality of life and overall health.
